Each recipe featured here is free of peanuts, tree nuts, and dairy, and has been family tested and approved! Nestled in a little beach town off the east coast, I spend my time being a wife and mother to two boys. A three-year-old with autoimmune disease, peanut, tree nut, and dairy allergies, and a perfectly healthy one and half-year-old. I created this blog to take you on my journey of how having a child with allergies has changed our lifestyle. I am now making healthier food choices for my family and would like to shine a light on the healing properties whole foods can have for our bodies. By showing that healing the body starts with what we put inside, and healthy does not have to be complicated, inconvenient or perfect. There is always room for moderation. Just take one step at a time. I would also like to connect with other moms and dads on their journey through parenthood, whatever road they are on. To let them know that we, as parents, do not have to be perfect. As long as we have just a little ‘pinch’ of it, we will all be fine!
